The objective: to estimate methods of haemostasis and restore bladder-urethral segment during retropubic prostatectomy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Materials methods. Analysis hyperplasia was performed. Results. Open (like transbladder prostatectomy) recommended by European Association Urology (EAU, 2020) as operation first choice for surgical treatment big size hyperplasias. authors gave such prevalences over trans-bladder: is performed under visual control that gives haemostatic cavity removing all parts nodules; the bladder not drainaged avoids disuria postoperative period, decreases bed-time increases comfort patients; urethra cut scissor apical part prostate prophylaxis tearing urethra, trauma exernal sphincter, stricture memranaceas urine incontinence after operation; reconstruction neck; surgeon can simultaneous hernioplasty case inquinal hernia Arterial venous blood supplying enlarged were wrote. Places arterial bleeding cutting capsule nodules, suturing places noted. Original own restoring using two or three П-like catgut sutures shown. For simplifying decreasing time performing increasing passing throught only once linking on muscle peaces from rectus (or pyramidal muscle). In absent simplify method neck trigonisation V-like stenosis (proximal cavity). Review merhods Conclusion. original allow improve cavity, stenosis, decrease intraoperative period operation.
